You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and email address. Use of your password by any other person may result in the immediate cancellation of the Purchase Services.

Access and use of the Website is limited, non-transferable, and for your sole use in relation to Sacred Resonance providing the Purchase Services.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND RETURNS POLICY

By using the Purchase Services to purchase Products through the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price listed (the “Purchase Price”).

Sacred Resonance uses WIX, Stripe, and PayPal as its Secure Payment Service Providers, with SSL encryption applied to protect card details.

Payment may be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or AfterPay. By using the Purchase Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the relevant Payment Gateway Providers.

Following confirmed payment, you will be issued with a receipt. Sacred Resonance may provide refunds within 30 days only if the product packaging is unopened and remains in saleable condition. You are liable for postage/shipping costs for any returns.

Note: Digital downloads cannot be refunded due to their nature.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website, the Purchase Services, and all related products of Sacred Resonance are subject to copyright. The content (including text, graphics, audio, video, and software) is protected under Australian copyright law and international treaties.

Refunds & Rescheduling

OH&S and Health Responsibility

You must ensure you are physically and mentally fit to attend.
Do not attend if unwell.
Sacred Resonance accepts no liability for injuries, illness, or issues arising from participation.

All event materials (music, recordings, teachings) remain the property of Sacred Resonance and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written consent.
